Satisfaction Policy

Print Genie is committed to providing reliable printing services and maintaining high production standards. If an order qualifies under our policies, we will arrange a reprint or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

  1. Return of Original Goods

Print Genie reserves the right to request the return of the original printed products before processing a reprint or refund.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Print Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • loss of business
  • loss of revenue
  • loss of opportunity
  • reputational damage

arising from defective, incomplete, or delayed printed materials.

  1. Content Rights & Refusal

Print Genie reserves the right to refuse any printing order that:

  • violates applicable laws
  • contains defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
  • infringes intellectual property rights
  • breaches regulatory or legal requirements

We may also disclose content if required by law or to comply with legal obligations, regulatory authorities, or law enforcement agencies.

  1. Shipping Claims

Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to delivery delays or damages caused by third-party courier companies.

Reprints for shipping-related damage will only be considered if the damage occurred under Print Genie’s internal delivery arrangements.

All shipping claims must be reported within five (5) days of the delivery date.

  1. Limit of Guarantee

Where applicable, our guarantee is strictly limited to either:

  • Reprinting the original order quantity, or
  • Refunding the purchase price of the affected order

Print Genie will not be responsible for any consequential damages or additional claims related to production delays, shortages, or defects.

  1. Exclusion of Incidental Costs

This guarantee does not cover external costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • mailing services
  • postage expenses
  • advertising costs
  • event-related costs
  • loss of potential revenue
